Wow, I'm pleasantly surprised at the amount of response I've gotten from some very talented people to contribute art for my book. I still have a long way to go, but now I'm at least feeling like we've made a dent in the ongoing project. Getting art from friends encourages me to continue making more of my own as well....
If you're interested in doing some, please let me know...
Thanks so far to, in no particular order:
callsign-white-tiger.deviantar… my Army bro, who's been part of this for almost 30 years...…
Be sure to check out their galleries, and give 'em a watch or llama or... why not both!
And if I forgot to mention ya, let me know, I'll add ya in...

Before you thank me for a +fav, llama or watch, you're already welcome. To me, a llama means, "Hi, I just noticed something about you that caught my eye, so I took a look." :)

I've been working on my RPG "Orion Force" for more years than I can remember. The writing in the book is finished. Most of the art I do is for the final book.
I don't do requests unless I think it's a good idea for a pic to be included in my book.
I have done commissions, but not very often, since I'm more busy finishing the art for my book, and there's still a lot of art that needs to be done.

One of my biggest pet peeves is when someone says; "Oh, that looks like such-and-such, that I saw someplace," in regards to a drawing that I did, without also adding some other feedback or commentary. It seems like the person is making some sort of accusation of copying or plagiarism. Probably not what they intended, but that's the first thing that pops in my mind, and it makes me very discouraged from trying.

“There is no such thing as a new idea. It is impossible. We simply take a lot of old ideas and put them into a sort of mental kaleidoscope. We give them a turn and they make new and curious combinations. We keep on turning and making new combinations indefinitely; but they are the same old pieces of colored glass that have been in use through all the ages.”
― Mark Twain

Or, even further back, in the words of Solomon;
"What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun."
― Ecclesiastes 1:9
