Description
Reach: measures how far a character can reach from her current position without moving. Primarily, this will come into use as a role-play aid, and may affect hand-to-hand combat at times; in the case of a tie on initiative, the longer reach goes first, etc. (Narrator’s option)
Drawback: Reach, Short: Character has trouble reaching a target in hand-to-hand (HtH) range. Subtract 1 from Reach and -1 to hit in close combat per level. (Minimum Reach is Ø)
Benefit: Reach, Long: Character is skilled in reaching a target in hand-to-hand (HtH) range. Add 1 to Reach and +1 to hit in close combat per level. (Maximum Reach is double the base racial value)
